Stabling at Revel Run, 555 S Dancer Road, Chelsea, MI 48188 From Honey Run show facility – Honey Run Drive to Liberty. Turn L jog L then R to stay on Liberty. Turn R onto Dancer (only option). Revel Run is appx 1 mile on R side. Follow signs for trailers and stabling parking.

After C.D.-Entries/stabling-Only if place can be filled from wait list. Competition cancellation-Refund after expenses. USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35), and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. Starter division has a $30 starter fee. Indicate if TIP eligible. on entry. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee. Withdrawals must be in writing, email. After C.D.-Entries/stabling-Only if place can be filled from waitlist. Competition cancellation-Refund after expenses. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for in-state. $15 fee for each change after C.D. Post entries: All entries that MAY be accepted after CD $30 fee, payable, cash, money order only. No entry electronic or by mail are complete until payment is received. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.
Awards
Award & 8 ribbons per division HT. Prize for winner of each division and prize for best scoring Pony Club member (include Pony Club/Region membership info with entry). Indicate on entry if TIP eligible for TIP awards.
Stabling/Veterinarian
Stabling on grounds at Eric’s VERY Limited (only accessible by small, 2 horse trailer), Off grounds stabling options (Revel Run) appx. 3 miles away . If you wish to have shavings at your stall please preorder with your stabling request. $9/bag. Please indicate which stabling location you would prefer $100/stall. All stabling and scheduling requests must be made at time of entry. All requests to stable with group must use ONE group name. Veterinarian: Hillary Lobar, DVM,number will be posted on grounds, stabling & program. Farrier: Jared Avina, Nailed to the Cross Farrier, number will be posted on grounds, stabling & program.

Dressage
Test & arena sizes: T-2022 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2022 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2022 USEF Beginner Novice Test B-Sm. Starter 2022 USEA STARTER TEST-Sm.Arenas: Sand. warm up on grass. Dressage bridle numbers will be supplied.
Cross-Country
Approx.T.-2500 m @ 420 mpm. N.-1900 m @ 375 mpm. BN-1400 m @ 350 mpm. Starter– 1200m @ 320 mpm. Starter waterand ditchoption. X-C course flat and openwith short path through woods. BN good for horses with some experience,N & T good move up course with some challenges. Show Jumping and warm-up and competition on Grass. Cross-country course closed September 2 MIDNIGHT. Adopt a XC Jump Program– referbish and/or decorate an existing xc jump, display your banner or whatever. Application fee $20. Submit an application by Aug. 20. Work to be completed (except decoration) by Sept. 3. Your application must be approved by the organizer (for safety and suitability). Other Information
Cross.-country course closed September 2 @ MIDNIGHT. Entry limit 135. Riders limited 3 horses entire event unless space permits. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food and Portable Tack shop on grounds. Special award to highest placing Pony Club Rider (Horse Trial). BN must be USEA members; go to USEA Website, Online Services to apply. Dogs MUST be leashed. Paper pinnies and Dressage bridle numbers will be supplied.. Withdrawals in writing received by closing date. XC will be open for 1 hr. after completion of XC, $35 fee, must check in sign waiver and get new pinny.Weather permitting…TIP number must be noted on entry at time of registration to be eligible.
Membership is OPTIONAL for the Starter Level – those who want results to count towards end of year points and championship qualifications MUST hold rider/horse registrations.
All riders and horse must be members of the USEA in order to compete at the Beginner Novice level and above.

SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
“Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
TEAM Sanctioned Derby offered Sunday, September 7 – post entries from those entered in this event WILL BE ACCEPTED. Check Derby listing on www.eventingmichigan.org.
