Go straight across 31 & go 3 miles to Schoolhouse Rd. Right turn & follow HHP signs. South: I-65 north to exit 76N to US 31 to 3rd light, left 3 miles to Schoolhouse Rd. Right turn & follow HHP signs. If you have never been to the Horse Park; it’s tricky to pull it up on GPS so try google maps or Hoosier Horse Park google page.

Entry:Per division: Preliminary – Starter: $250 Tadpole: $175 Stabling: $65 per stall per night. Stabling Available starting July 30th. Early arrival/Late Departure: $65 per night (Must contact Secretary to clear with HHP). Please specify “stable with” when making reservations. Please use an individualized group name. PLEASE NOTE: No muck deposit required.GroundsFeeand/or Haul-In Fee: $50.00 per horse/day (only if no stall required). Extra horse/Non-compete fee: $50.00 per day/horse + grounds fee and/or stabling fee. CAMPING: Reserved through the Hoosier Horse Park. Call ahead up to July 28: 812-526-6809 & reserve your spot. Arrivals after hours may result in not having your spot unlocked. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $35 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- no refund, including stabling. Changesrequested after C.D. made only as schedule permits with $65 change fee horse/rider or level (this includes stabling changes). Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35) note new amount, are not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Bounced Check Fee: $60.00. Incomplete packets will result in a $50 fee at the office window.

Entry feesinclude a $35 non-refundable office fee. Entries will be considered ‘complete’ when payment is rec’d. At close date, if payment is not rec’d, the entry will be removed from the list & a $60.00 late fee will apply to this entry in order to start the event. Payments rec’d after close date will also be charged a $65 late fee. Payments after close date: only via electronic payment. Please confirm that all information and fees are correct when using the electronic entry portals.Mathematical errors on your entry resulting in refunds of $25.00 or less will be donated to the XC jump fund. CHECK STARTBOX OFTEN TO CONFIRM ENTRY INFORMATION IS CORRECT (Level, division, stable dates or stable with requests, etc.). After the Close Date, any changes will incur a change fee and will only be made if possible. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. Stabling/Veterinarian
$65 per stall per night. Very limited tack stalls. 380 permanent stalls on grounds with full sliding doors. Haul-in horses must pay $50.00 haul-in fee per day. Non-compete horse must pay $50 plus stabling and/or haul-in fee per horse/day. Please use group/stable name if wishing to be blocked together. Stall change requests after C.D. $65 change fee. Stall doors. No straw please.Early arrivals MUST contact Sec’y IN ADVANCE, as stalls are locked. Bedding: The park prefers it if you PRE-ORDER by calling the horse park office, 812.526.6809: but the park staff will only deliver the bedding to your stall, if you tell them your barn & stall#. Cross-Country
P-2400-2800 m @ 520 mpm. M- 2200-3000 m@ 490 mpm.T-2200- 2400 m @ 425-450 mpm. N-1800-2000 m @ 350-375 mpm. BN-1400-2000 m @ 325-350 mpm. Starter: 1100-1500 m @ 275 mpm – max height 2’3″. Water option. Tadpole– 1400-2000m @225mpm. Max height 2′. No water, ditch or bank at this level.Both Starter and Tadpole are great for 1st time out All courses: Many new fences! P/T/N-Average to easy, for horses with some experience at the level. Expect a sampling of banks, ditches, combinations and water at each level except Starter and Tadpole. Easy, good for first time at this level. Terrain: Gently rolling & flat, some prairie.

Those violating this policy will be subject to a $100 fine each incident. Dogs must be leashed -looseones will befined. No wheels of any kind on x-country courseHHP has a new policy: no ATV, 4-wheelers, Motorcycles or motorbikes allowed to be driven on park grounds. The competition does not rent golf carts. You may contact P&P Golf cars to inquire if they will rent you one. We cannot guarantee they will. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
