Competition cancellation-Refund after expenses. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for in-state. $25 fee for each change after C.D. Post entries: All entries that MAY be accepted after CD $50 fee, payable, cash, money order only. No entry electronic or by mail are complete until payment is received.Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. Award & 8 ribbons per division HT. Prize for winner of each division and prize for best scoring Pony Club member (include Pony Club/Region membership info with entry). Indicate on entry if OTTB as prizes have been donated by the Arrandale family. $$$ Cash prize $$$ for winner (best overall score) at each level T through BN.
Stabling/Veterinarian
Stabling on grounds at Eric’s Limited (only accessible by small, 2 horse trailer) and Debut Farms. If you wish to have shavings at your stall please preorder with your stabling request. $10/bag. Please indicate which stabling location you would prefer $100/stall for full weekend. All stabling and scheduling requests must be made at time of entry. All requests to stable with group must use ONE group name. Veterinarian:Hillary Lobar, DVM,number will be posted on grounds, stabling & program. Farrier: Jared Avina, Nailed to the Cross Farrier, number will be posted on grounds, stabling & program.

X-C course flat and openwith path down laneway. BN good for horses with some experience,N & T good move up course with some challenges. Show Jumping and warm-up and competition on Grass. Cross.-country course closed September 6 @ MIDNIGHT. Entry limit 135. Riders limited 3 horses entire event unless space permits. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food and Portable Tack shop on grounds. Special award to highest placing Pony Club Rider (Horse Trial). BN mustbe USEA members #; go to USEA Website, Online Services to apply. Dogs MUST be leashed. Paper pinnies and Dressage bridle numbers will be supplied.. Withdrawals in writing received by closing date. XC will be open for 1 hr. after completion of XC, $35 fee, must check in sign waiver and get new pinny.Weather permitting…Off the track info must be noted on entry at time of registration to be eligible for retired race horse pizes.
Membership is OPTIONAL for the Starter and Intro Levels – those who want results to count towards end of year points and championship qualifications MUST hold rider/horse registrations. INTRO NEW this year.
All riders and horse must be members of the USEA in order to compete at the Beginner Novice level and above.

SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
“Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
