Letters of Intent for Area VIII Young Riders wanting to ride on a Select Team at Hagyard Team Challenge are due June 1st. We have received letters for riders Beginner Novice up through Preliminary/Intermediate. There are going to be some fantastic young riders representing Area VIII this year. Remember while there is only one Area VIII YR Select Team at each level with our most promising four horse/rider combinations, there will also be other YR teams formed closer to the show’s opening day. If you miss the Select Team deadline, you can let me know your interest to ride on a YR team and your teammates at any time. No one is excluded, but we do encourage everyone to submit their Letters of Intent to be considered for our Select Teams.
